Thanks to the Report from Network Science Workshop held in Arlington, VA in November, 2000, we learned that our center NEST, created jointly with its important part SCNARC in 2009, is the third oldest academic center in the U.S. (together with two other centers created that year) focusing on network science. The report also charts the future of networks science for the next two decades.
